Which websites can I order from?
AliExpress, Taobao, Tmall and 1688. Paste a product link from any of them, or search from our home page and we will pull the listing in for you.
Why do I pay in two parts?
Because nobody can know the real shipping cost before the item exists in a warehouse. The first payment covers the product itself and the seller’s China-local delivery. The second covers China-to-Bangladesh freight, which depends on the parcel’s actual weight and category, plus customs and local delivery. Charging one guessed total up front would mean over-charging most customers.
How is the shipping cost from China to Bangladesh calculated?
By weight for most goods: your parcel’s weight multiplied by the rate for its shipping category. Some categories — mobiles, tablets, laptops, cameras and watches — are charged a flat rate per piece and ignore weight entirely. The category and the rate are both shown on your order before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Air shipments usually take around 10 to 20 days from the day the seller ships, though it depends on the seller’s own dispatch speed and on customs. Sea freight takes considerably longer but costs much less, which makes it worthwhile for heavy or bulky orders.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, to every district in Bangladesh. Delivery inside and outside Dhaka is charged at different rates, both shown on your order.
How do I pay?
From your Genie Express BD wallet balance, by bKash, or by bank transfer. For bKash and bank transfers you send the amount and submit the transaction reference; our team verifies it and your order moves forward.
What happens if my item is out of stock or lost?
You get your money back as wallet balance, which you can spend on another order or withdraw. The same applies if the seller ships fewer units than you ordered — you are refunded for the shortfall.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order has a tracking page showing each stage it has passed — ordered, purchased, shipped by the seller, received in China, shipped to Bangladesh, received in Bangladesh, and delivered — with the date of each.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Coupons available to your account appear under My Coupons, and apply at checkout.
Can I order wholesale quantities?
Yes — that is what 1688 is for. 1688 prices drop at quantity tiers, and our product pages price your order against the tier your total quantity actually reaches.
